Spacious unfurnished bedroom in 3-bed double storey terrace house. Modern separate kitchen, big living area, 2 bathrooms + seperate toilet, rear garden area. Super convenient location, short walk to Errol Street, 25min walk to town, 40min walk to Fitzroy and 57 tram literally 50metres away, close, but far enough to not be noisey. We are non-smokers and smoking is fine, but outside only.
US!:
You will be living with Leon & Sophia, both mid twenties, enjoy partying but also are respectful that we live in a sharehouse. Looking for someone with similar views on sharehousing and can clean up after themselves, but also wants to socialise and hang out every now and then!
YOU!:
If you are interested we will be running interviews this weekend, but we dont pick up the keys until next Tuesday, so we can show you the house, but cant go in yet which is a bit of a bummer, but not the end of the world!
